FAQ
1. What is King of the North?
King of the North is a winter golf competition hosted by TaylorMade in partnership with TrackMan. It’s designed to keep golfers engaged during the off-season and drive footfall into indoor facilities across the Nordics. Players compete in simulator tournaments for premium prizes, including an all-expenses-paid trip to The TaylorMade Kingdom.

2. How does the tournament work?
Format:
Three separate tournaments across three top Nordic courses.
Two attempts per course; best score counts.
One winner per tournament.
Courses:
Tournament 1: Lofoten Links (Jan 23 – Feb 11)
Tournament 2: Adare Manor (Feb 12 – Mar 5)
Tournament 3: Cabot Cliffs (Mar 6 – Mar 25)

3. How do I enter?
Download the TrackMan app.
Find King of the North under tournaments.
Book your simulator slot and play! Tournament 1 starts Friday, January 23, 2026.

4. Does it cost anything to enter?
No! King of the North is completely free to enter. There are no entry fees—just bring your game and compete.
5. Do I have to play all rounds in the King of the North tournament?
No. You can enter as many of the three tournaments as you like. Each tournament is independent, so you don’t have to commit to all three. To maximize your chances of winning, you can play each tournament twice, and your best score will be submitted.

6. What are the prizes?
Grand Prize:
All-expenses-paid trip to the UK.
Custom Qi4D driver fitting at The TaylorMade Kingdom.
A round at The Grove championship course.
Participation in the Grand Final in London.
Additional prizes for closest to the pin, longest drive, and top 10 finishers.

7. Are there any requirements to participate?
Yes. Players must have a TrackMan handicap, which requires at least five rounds played (9 holes = 1 round) before entering. This ensures fair competition.

8. How long does the competition run?
From January 23 to March 25, 2026, covering all three tournaments.
